Penyuluhan legalitas hukum bagi pelaku umkm dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen di desa kertasana

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahamanpelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Kertasana mengenai pentingnya legalitas hukum dalam menjalankan usaha. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi para pelaku UMKM adalah rendahnya kesadaran terhadap pentingnya izin usaha, merek dagang, dan perlindungan hukum yang berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan konsumen. Melalui penyuluhan ini, tim pelaksana memberikan edukasi tentang prosedur perizinan usaha, manfaat legalitas bagi peningkatan daya saing produk, serta hubungan antara kepatuhan hukum dan kepercayaan konsumen. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan pendampingan langsung dalam proses pembuatan dokumen legalitas usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang aspek hukum usaha, serta munculnya motivasi untuk segera mengurus legalitas produk mereka. Dampak positif lainnya terlihat dari meningkatnya kesadaran pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya membangun citra usaha yang terpercaya dan profesional. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal menuju penguatan ekonomi desa berbasis hukum, sehingga pelaku UMKM di Desa Kertasana dapat bersaing secara sehat, berkelanjutan, dan memperoleh kepercayaan lebih besar dari konsumen.
